okay so you are new, know nothing about the products, + now you need to recommend certain products to people?!
that’s where this handy dandy tool comes in!
create a hair quiz and/or skin quiz
once your new prospective customer has taken a quiz, you’ll use these graphics how to recommend products as a newbie to pick out products for them. ask your mentor for help the first handful you do so you can feel confident about your choices! don’t feel bad if you want a second opinion, recommendations are a big learning curve
HERE ARE YOUR OPTIONS FOR QUIZ PLATFORMS:
GOOGLE QUIZ: if you have a google/gmail account, you can use google forms for your quiz creations (log in to your gmail account, select the 9 little dots in the top right corner to see the menu, scroll all the way to the bottom to find the purple icon)
BOARDS: we already use this app as a team and there’s an easy way to create quizzes in the app, it’s super user friendly and is a more sophisticated option. if you haven’t downloaded it already, make sure to do so. it’s by far THE most helpful resource you’ll have access to, outside of this onboarding resource. there’s a how-to video included below on how to create this in boards.
JOTFORM: this is a free tool for quiz making, just make an account on jotform.com and go from there
